Privacy-first call help.

The product baseline is simple: SayQ should help you prepare, document, and follow up without quietly storing call content.

Default behavior

Manual call notes, reminders, consent records, and proof-pack information can be saved to your account when you use those features.

Call audio and live transcript content are not saved by default. Saving transcript content must be an explicit per-call choice. Audio saving should remain disabled until legal review is complete.

Temporary prep data

Guided setup may ask for company names, call goals, amounts, notes, websites, and optional document names. Temporary setup details are used to prepare the call and should be cleared after the call unless the user chooses to save final notes.

Support access

Support staff should not casually browse sensitive call content. Admin access must be role-limited, logged, and tied to a support or legal reason.
